Payment is through Cashapp or Paypal

Payment should be made BEFORE commission is given to the customer. If the artist doesn't receive payment Customer won't receive commission.

Prices are NON-Negotiable. unless it states that prices can vary, the prices are fixed.

Refunds are NOT ALLOWED if commission is IN PROGRESS, please contact while commission is in wait-list if you change your mind.

Cancelled Commissions; in case the artist can't finish commission AFTER 6 months or any other reasons, in this case the customer is entitled to a FULL REFUND. IF the piece is IN PROGRESS and the customer decides to back out, the artist will NOT give a FULL refund. (details of refund percentages are in extended TOS

Adjustments requests to commission should be MINOR. For example: eye color, mouth, color of SOLID COLOR backgrounds. Customer have a limit of 3 minor adjustments, whether in progress or in final stages. (Fixing is flexible mostly in sketches stages)

Commissions by this artists can be made with head canons and artist's interpretations. NOTIFY if canon only designs are preferred.

MUST BE 18+ FOR NSFW, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Contact must be made in a timely manner with the artists in order for things to run smoothly. Commissions will be CANCELLED or DENIED if a customer takes LONGER THAN 3 DAYS to contact the artist.

Artists is allowed to post and use commission for promo, if it's a personal commission please NOTIFY artist FIRST, OR ELSE pieces will AUTOMATICALLY be subjected to potential posting.

Customers MUST CREDIT artists if they share or use commission for external uses.

DO NOT TRACE ART, USE FOR AI TRAINING OR TAKE CREDIT(this is common sense.)
